Bathhouse: Moment of Time

This project design located in downtown Moscow Idaho.  This site is a degraded condition with non attracting views and Moscow being an odd place for a bathhouse due to its culture.  The bathhouse is a mark of a memorable moment both exterior and interior.  Walking in having a first initial impact of light streaming down the central core illuminating the central space.  This central space is wrapped with a main circulation conveying a social interaction with each level.  The ramp leading into different levels and floors is in response to the precedent central space, light and slope.  The bathhouse becomes an ionic bonding between the residential and commercial language of Moscow.
